So About the Wii

It turns out that i got a broken one
it still plays games but it won't connect to wii connect24 i get the error 110213 so if your getting this error you need to phone nintendo and they will send you a new wii. I am suppossed to get mine in 5-13 business days in the mean time i need to see if i can borrow an sd card to copy my zelda file over when i get a new wii.

Gah soo frustrating

This is the second time I've had issues with a nintendo system at launch

Aliright Real Post after months and months of not posting

So This weekend whent something like this.

Friday night i really didn't do anything i ended up playing phantasy star universe for many more hours.

Saturday

So the day starts off with some more PSU till around 4 i went to meet steph at 5 and then we met with some of the otafest ppl. After that Steph left and I went for sushi with the otafest ppl. So It was about 10pm when were with finished dinner and i went to get dave, After That we went to get John and Krissi and off to meet VJ at superstore where he was camped out for a wii since about 9:30pm by then it was 11pm and we just got settled. It was just the 6 of us till about 1am when 3 others showed up. Anyways many coffee's later and many run's to timmys later it was soon approcing 7 there were about 50 ppl in line.
The superstore ppl came out at around 8 and announced that they only had 14 we were in luck. so many ppl left after that we waited for the next hour.
The we got our Wii's but they didn't have zelda so we went to zellers then to wal-mart. we saw that line in front of westhill's eb so we figured let's show off the wii's.

Anyways the rest of sunday was followed by 2.5 hours of sleep and many hours of zelda

So i picked up my new set of wheels on friday.



That's the car and I am enjoying it immensely, Even though im still not that great at driving standard yet but i kinda have the hang of it so far. Now if i could have been driving all weekend i would most definatly be more comfortable driving it.

Anyways the reason i didn't get to spend the weekend driving my new car was that i was in vancouver all weekend what a great place for chinese new years.

Well it was a good weekend i got to see my dad whom i haven't seen in 13 years.

Over all it was a good weekend.

Even though it's late.

Status of the car: Temporarly delayed due to needing a co-sign on the financing.

but soon it will be mine.


Last friday i got a totally unexpected call from my dad who is currently in vancouver and hasn't been in the country for nearly 10 years, And what is the first thing he asks? Can you come to vancouver next weekend.

And so after getting things all worked out with both jobs i'm off to vancouver next saturday at 8am and i arrive back in calgary at 10:05pm monday night just in time to go home sleep and head off to work for tuesday yay!.

I'm actually looking forward to this it's been ages since ive seen him at all, and i've been wanting to go back to vancouver since the last time i left which was like October 2004.

Well i should go to bed now I have to be up at the evil hour of like 5:30am

P.s. I still hate calgary transit.

Anyways it's still work work work work as usual.

In other news i shall have a new car (to me at least) this weekend anyways i decided on a 2002 mazda protege5.

So it looks like I'm unbelievably busy tomorrow with it being new years eve and all.

I am supposed to work from 7am-3pm at whole sale tomorrow but i'm going to have to leave early because i have to go do some banking aka. getting pre-approved for a car loan.

Then it's off to the Mitsubishi dealership to find out what kind of payments i would be making on an 05-06 lancer rali//art. If those are too much it's looking like im leaning towards a a Civic DX-G or a Mazda 3 sport/regular gt.

I still have no clue what I'm doing tomorrow night for new years. I'm sure i'll find something to do.

In the past few weeks it's been work work work work work. But i actually had a few days off this month.

Everything was going pretty good until my car decided to crap out on me on christmas eve

Oh I say it's time for a real entry after how many months.

So after this past weekend i was having thoughts of moving again. I think things are getting a little more sorted out at home. I think they are a little more understanding of my going out all weekend but would still prefer me to come home at a decent hour like before 4 am.

Work has been going well lately.
Even though I'm working 2 jobs and like 60 hours a week. and spending pretty much all my free time hanging out and talking with my friends.
For all of you who don't know which is probly like none of you. I am currently employed at Jayman master built as a junior production designer. Whoa that title is a mouthfull, And im still working at wholesale i just can't seem to leave that place. I guess it has some place in heart after working there for over 2 years and getting to know like everyone there.
Not to mention i like the extra cash!!!

It also seems like I'm somewhat planning for my future already which is kind of odd.

My goal is to own a newer or new car by the end of febuary.
I really want a 2006 lancer raliart and it seems like a serious possibility after looking into what my monthly insurance is going to be.


Wow. I haven't done this in ages/ever.

First off friday was my birthday it was a really fun day. Met Dave at noonish forgot bus tickets at home ran home then went downtown. got to southern fun now renamed the gallery for some reason. but it was closed so we waited for ppl pixie showed up.

Then we decided we should go to our banks to get money so after that we run into james and then off to play some itg found heather for lunch then Carrie phoned me. She found us got a lunch of her own and then we waited around for Heather to get off work. After that we were gona go play some frisbee but we instead went to eau claire and went to the arcade there played some ddr and other games. Carrie took off and aftter that we were in the arcade for a little while more.
Pixie, Kyle, and david went for a drink and we decided to leave. Dave went to go get his money from work, James, Heather and myself continued south. We got back together around 9ish. and played games till 12. then we put in Fatal Frame 2 it's such a fun game but sooo creepy. so we took a break around 2:30 got more mountain dew energy. We then played till 5am gave Heather a ride home and then when i got home it was around 5:30am i went to bed at 6am.

Ok change of plans tomorrow.



Around 12-1pm we are gona go up to southern fun to play some in the groove.

Then possibly for some lunch in china town.

and then to hang out in prince's island park if it's open.

So it's my Birthday this friday and I want to have a bbq. The plan is we are gona go down to edworthy park. cook some food have some fun and maybe after that if we are still around late enough go see the fireworks. anyways gime a shout on my cell or email if your coming.

So ive been done school for over a week now and i still don't have a job as an Architectural technologist.

Oh well I guess I'll keep looking around and hope for the best. At least I'm still employed at the wholesale club, On the bright side things seem to be getting a little better there even though the good assisant manager left.

Alright so Saturday was pretty decent I woke up around 10am after being up till about 5am that morning for no reason at all.

Then my boss phones to see what I can work this and then I tell him that I'm not sure I still need to look for a job. He says ok just tell the assistant manager tomorrow then. Then I ask him what time I work tomorrow to save myself a trip there that day. He says 11am but he asks me to come in for 10am.

I went to the otafest volunteer meeting at 1pm it didn't actually start till 1:30 and was all of 15 min. But my friends Lee and Jim were there. So went to the cove to play games after that.

So after that I go to pick up my last assignment from school Jim came along and we decided we want to go to video game traders to look around. I noticed that stella dues came out. and I'm like shit there's another game that I want to buy so we leave.

Then a randomly stop at best buy and toys r us where I managed to find a copy of .hack part 3 I've been looking for this one for awhile now.

Anyways not too much else yesterday.


Now for today which turned out to be a really shitty day.

So I go into work for 10am

Day starts ok there like why are you here so early so I tell them that the boss wanted me in then and they are like all ok then.

So I go down talk to the boss (she just came back from a 1 year maternity leave) she tells me that the other guy that I usually work with has my list of stuff to do for the day.

So I go talk to him get my list of stuff and holy fuck she wants a lot done.

The list:

Floor sweeps every hour
Dairy cooler every hour
Work skids get at least 6 out
If skids are done start facing aisles 7-9

Ok so I figure that the skids aren't too bad going into the back room and there are 7 skids all over 100 pcs each.

I can work about 50 pcs an hours the wholesale club quota is 65pcs per hour

So I start my sweep finish it and then the bitching begins.

You’re just finishing your sweep now it took you 22min to do that that's to long.

So forward 2 hours later I finish one skid. Sometime in those 2 hours I go upstairs to go to the washroom and get a drink of water. And I get bitched at again about how I'm supposed to do that during my break and how she is going to take 10min off of my break because of it.

blah blah you took to long again.

So on to the next one.

And they day continues like that till about 4 when she finally leaves.

So it turns out that I’m not the only person she has this extreme hate for. She also hates the gm supervisor.

Anyways I almost walked out today on more than one occasion but since I kind of need this job till I find a new one I figured that wouldn't be the best plan of action.

Tuesday is D day we find out if she stays as assistant manager or if she goes off to the other store.

If she stays I’m out of there the minute I find a job as an Architectural Technologist. But if the good assistant manger stays ill stay around for awhile to make some extra money.
